Will Worsham has dedicated his 30-year legal career to making the law accessible, practical, and efficient for everyday families. For the past decade, he has applied that same innovative mindset to estate planning – challenging traditional ßmethods and building streamlined, goal-driven systems that protect families from court battles, confusion, and costly mistakes. A lifelong resident of Southwest Missouri, he is a proud graduate of Logan-Rogersville High School and has been a respected member of the Missouri Bar since 1996.

Recognized for his leadership and impact, including being named in Springfield Business Journal’s 40 under 40, Will’s dedication extends beyond the courtroom. He is also an avid martial artist, a devoted family man, and the manager of an internet-based streaming media company. His diverse experiences fuel his commitment to providing practical, affordable, and empathetic legal solutions, embodying his core values of integrity and innovation.

A native of Springfield, Missouri, Col.(ret) Jim Robinette was originally commissioned in 1987 from West Point as an armor officer.  After service in Desert Storm, he received his law degree from Notre Dame in 1994, and joined the JAG Corps, where he served for more than 20 years before retiring in 2017.  After returning to the U.S. in 2021, he served as the general counsel for the Naming Commission, the Congressional commission charged with developing a process to rename Confederate-named DoD assets.  

Jim is a member of the bars of the State of Missouri, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the Army Court of Criminal Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.  He is of counsel to the Worsham Law Firm.

Nicholas Sullivan joined Worsham Law Firm as an Attorney in 2026 after serving as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Christian County. He received his Juris Doctorate from Liberty University School of Law and also has a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. Nicholas is an Eagle Scout and served in the Marine Corps from 2006-2011 including a 7-month tour in Marjah, Afghanistan. In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys working with his hands from restoring old furniture to building computers. He also dabbles in photography while going for nature walks with his beautiful wife.

Malissa Hauswirth brings more than 25 years of management experience to her role of Sr. Paralegal and Office Manager at Worsham Law Firm. Malissa is a master of client relations and specializes in helping our clients build estate plans that work for their unique circumstances. She is also responsible for bringing to life Mr. Worsham’s vision of making estate planning simple and available to people across Southwest Missouri. In her spare time, Malissa and her husband run restaurants in Springfield and Tulsa.

Ida Guynn is a lifelong resident of Southwest Missouri and brings 43 years of professional experience to her role as a Paralegal at Worsham Law Firm. She uses her training as a technical educator to shepherd our clients through the complexities of estate planning by clearly and concisely explaining each step of the process. Ida owns more than 100 acres in Marshfield and enjoys gardening, remodeling her 100-year-old home, and beekeeping in her spare time.

Katya Starostenko brings several years of management to her role as a Paralegal at Worsham Law Firm. She is fluent in English and Russian and is about 50% fluent in Romanian. Katya is always up for a challenge, whether it’s managing a team or tackling legal cases. Her dedication and passion for everything she does are an inspiration to her co-workers and clients. Katya earned her degree in Social Work at the State University of Moldova before she made her home in the U.S. in 2014. Katya is a mom to two small boys who keep her busy and fit!

Tiffany Princivalli brings more than 15 years of business experience to her role as a Paralegal at Worsham Law Firm. She is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for guiding our clients through complex legal processes with clarity. Tiffany is committed to providing exceptional customer service to her clients. When she’s not at the firm, Tiffany enjoys outdoor recreational activities with her family and spending quality time shopping and making memories with her teenage daughter.

Larry Lister brings more than 54 years of business experience to his role as a Sales Paralegal at Worsham Law Firm. His seasoned insight, strong work ethic, and commitment to serving others with integrity give him a deep understanding of what it takes to build something that lasts. In his spare time, Larry likes to fish and spend time with his family, watching his grandkids’ sporting events.

Tina Raby brings 50 years of business experience to her role as a Legal Assistant with Worsham Law Firm. She has been a resident of Southwest Missouri since moving here from her native Ontario, Canada, 44 years ago. Tina and her husband ran their own businesses for decades, during which time she gained a key appreciation for the importance of building positive customer relationships. She brings that perspective to all her client interactions with our firm. In her spare time, Tina likes to read, bake, volunteer in Children’s Church, and spend time with her grandchildren.

Naomi Paliakou brings a friendly and chipper disposition to her role of Legal Receptionist at Worsham Law Firm. She works full-time for us while also completing her high school degree and taking online college courses. Naomi is a lightning-quick study and is always happy to take on additional responsibilities in the service of her co-workers and our clients. Naomi is the oldest in her family and enjoys spending free time with her siblings and many cousins, playing classical music on the piano, as well as being actively involved in her church.
